Our Policy Program
The Utah Wildlife Federation Policy Program is dedicated to advancing sound policy and legislation that ensures the long-term protection of wildlife, habitats, clean water, and equitable access to nature for all—hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike. We use the best available science, the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation, Traditional Ecological Knowledge, and relationship-building with local communities to inform our policy stances. Through research, collaboration, and direct engagement with lawmakers, we build the foundation for lasting conservation outcomes.
