Working Lands, Water & Wildlife Tour

See practical, low-cost solutions in action

on working lands and for the wildlife that depend on them. Join us for a field tour of a low-tech, process-based restoration (LTPBR) project. You’ll see how simple, practical approaches are helping keep water on the land longer, improving forage, and supporting healthier streams and wildlife—all on working ground.

We’ll walk the site, talk through what’s been done, what it costs, and outcomes being realized. Whether you ranch, farm, hunt, or fish, this tour offers a chance to see real results and connect with others building drought resilience on the ground.

Tour Agenda:

  • Introductions (20 minutes)

  • Caravan to the Project Location (20 minutes)

    • Carpooling encouraged.

  • Creek exploration and conversation (1 hour)

    • Hiking boots or water resistant shoes recommended.

  •  Caravan back  (20 minutes)
